AscentONN was conceived in 2020, through the vision of founders - Mr. Venu Gopal Reddy and Mr. Dwaipayan Sarkar, keen on bringing impactful, custom, and scalable, business solutions that simply made sense for small and upcoming businesses.

In 2025 Parnab Adhikari joined the firm as Partner/Co-founder and laid the cornerstone for its new business center AscentONN East, (based out of Kolkata) which primarily extended AscentONN's reach and forayed into the possibilities spread across the East and North Zone. 

All leaders are keen business professionals with a collective executive experience of over 35+ Years. 

The firm since its initial days has received valuable support of core committee members and Senior Partners - Mr. Rajkumar and Mr. Purnachandra  who now head vital business verticals and shape strategic decisions of the company.
